The main cores of our business are commercial mechanical contracting, commercial plumbing and HVAC service, and preventative maintenance. We build and maintain high quality systems that are long-lived and highly-efficient providing an excellent return-on-investment and low energy costs.

Currently, we are the largest Mechanical Company in NH and we’re proud to help every customer that needs our services.
We know that our customers’ experience is very important and one of the key components to a happy customer is job site safety. We have two full-time safety officers who are dedicated to job site inspections, who are able to provide assistance to our field technicians and project managers, as well as provide ongoing up-to-date safety training for our employees. We understand that job site safety is the utmost importance to our customers that is why the safety of our employees and customers is paramount to us and a philosophy we live by.

We also pride ourselves on having an in-house CAD department that utilizes the most up-to-date technology including our own Trimble Total Station! At the end of the day, we know how important it is to a customer to have installations done in a safe, timely manner. Through the use of CAD Fabrication Software we are able to create hangers in house to speed up the field installation, saving you time!

History

Granite State Plumbing & Heating, LLC was founded by Gerry Perron and incorporated in April of 1983 in the State of New Hampshire. From 1990 through 2005, GSPH was purchased by a series of increasing larger companies and is currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of Comfort Systems USA which is headquartered in Houston, TX. CSUSA is publicly traded on the NYSE under the symbol FIX.
In December of 2018 Gerry Perron retired. Ken Duchesne who previously served as Vice President for many years has proudly accepted role of CEO/President. Ken’s mission is to forge forward while retaining the stellar market reputation and respectful organizational team culture Gerry Perron committed to over the past 35 years.

Being part of a much larger entity leverages our talents and resources so we can provide a much broader range of technical expertise and service than otherwise possible. It provides for greater financial strength and purchasing leverage by centralizing certain functions – information technology, marketing, fleet purchasing agreements, etc. We are able to partner with sister companies to provide support for widespread geographical projects and programs.
